Kṛṣhṇa govinda govinda gopāla
Kṛṣhṇa muralī mano hara nandalālā
Kṛṣhṇa is the aspect of nature, or the divine, that sustains us. In Hindu mythology he is an avatar of Vishnu. Govinda is Kṛṣhṇa's eponym as protector of the cows. Muralī is player of the flute, mano hara is capturer of the mind. Chanting mantra puts us in tune with the universal, the aspect of the divine that vibrates the melody of the universe that sustains life. It's string theory, ukulele style.
